What we collect

When you make a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, hotel and any special requirements you tell us. We need all of it to actually run your tour.

When you browse the site we record which pages were visited, roughly where the visit came from, and what kind of device it was on. We do not store your IP address. It is combined with your browser details and hashed on arrival, which lets us count unique visitors without being able to identify one.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

We do not add you to a mailing list because you made a booking. Newsletter signup is separate and opt-in.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep your booking form and chosen display currency working as you move between pages. That is functionally necessary and cannot be turned off without breaking the site.

Your rights

Email us and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely — except where we are legally required to keep transaction records.
