Bookings

Submitting a request through this site does not create a confirmed booking. We confirm availability by email or WhatsApp, normally within 24 hours, and the booking exists from that confirmation.

Prices are quoted per person in US dollars. Other currencies shown on the site are converted for display only and are not the contract price.

Cancellation

Day tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. Later than that, or a no-show at pickup, and the tour is charged in full.

Multi-day tours and Nile cruises: free cancellation up to 14 days before departure. Between 14 and 7 days, the deposit is retained. Inside 7 days, the trip is charged in full.

If we cancel — for weather, safety, or a site closure — you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.

Things outside anyone's control

Site closures, weather, and ballooning conditions can change at short notice. Where a site is closed we substitute something of equivalent value or refund that portion.

We are not liable for missed international flights, and we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Your responsibilities

Valid passport with at least six months remaining, and the correct visa.

Telling us in advance about medical conditions, mobility needs and dietary requirements that affect what we plan.

Following your guide's instructions at archaeological sites and in the water.
