Children aged 3–11 travel at 70% of the adult rate. Infants under 3 are free and do not count toward the group size.
Balloons only fly in calm wind, and the decision is made at the launch field. If your flight is cancelled we refund it in full or move you to the next morning, whichever you prefer. This happens perhaps one morning in fifteen, mostly in spring.
Children must be at least six and tall enough to see over the basket edge. The landing can be bumpy, so it is not suitable if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have a serious back or hip problem.
There is no payment on this website. Send us your booking request, we confirm availability by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours, and you pay your guide in cash on the day. We accept USD, EUR, GBP and Egyptian pounds.

Comfortable closed shoes and light layers. Sites are dusty and often unshaded, so bring a hat and sunscreen. For mosques and churches, shoulders and knees should be covered, and women should carry a scarf for their hair.
